Sylvia Kovari, D.Ch., is a member of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. She has been practising since 1996 and has enjoyed running a busy practice from her North York office, and for several years, at her Ajax location. She is known for being friendly and professional, and for providing comfortable and exceptional service to her patients. In the past several years she has served as a member of the Discipline Commitee for the College of Chiropodists. She is an avid sports fan and loves to support our Toronto Sports teams.
Nathee graduated from The Michener Institute in 2012 after having the last year of his clinical studies at The Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Centre, where his work included the management of the high-risk foot, limb salvage, and wound management. His experience in Ottawa, working with patients diagnosed with diabetes, peripheral vascular disease and severe arthritis, had prepared him to provide services as a foot specialist all over Ontario passionately.
Over the past seven years, Nathee has avidly worked in various clinical settings, ranging from chronic disease management to management of corns and calluses due to biomechanical imbalances. He was chosen as the lead chiropodist in helping to develop two chiropody programs with the Northumberland Family Health Team in Cobourg, Ontario, and, more recently, with the St. Michael's Hospital Academic Family Health Team. During his time at St. Michael’s Hospital, Nathee served as a valuable member of a large interdisciplinary health team, including surgeons, family physicians, chiropractors, and other allied health professionals. For his work, Nathee was nominated to a St. Michael’s Hospital shortlist of allied health professionals in recognition for clinical excellence in their respective professions. In addition to helping the community, Nathee has served as a preceptor to both medical residents and chiropody residents during their clinical rotations.
He is a member of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario, Ontario Society of Chiropodists, and the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine. He is energetic, a huge sports enthusiast, and is very much excited to provide patient-centred primary foot care.
If you are looking for someone to get rid of your aches and pains or just want to get educated on foot care, come to Harwood Foot Clinic located in Ajax, where Nathee will be happy to see you.
